• Both Live Oaks and Blue Oaks also offer a "Refer-A-Friend" incentive to all residents. If you refer a friend or family member who is approved and moves in a mobile home that is no more than 10 years old, you will receive 1 month's free lot rent!
• If you refer someone who purchases a home from Live Oaks, you will receive 2 months' free lot rent!
