Monthly Rent:

• Blue Oaks: Single-wide space rent is $235 per month, plus $48 for sewer and $17 for trash, for a total of $300. Double-wide space rent is $352.50, for a total of $417.50 including sewer and trash.
• Live Oaks: Single-wide space rent is $239 per month, plus $70 for sewer and $17 for trash, for a total of $326. Double-wide spaces rent is $358.50, for a total of $445.50 including sewer and trash.
• Payments are due on the 1st of each month.
